I was dealing with massive insecurity, I was not happy with how I felt which took a huge role in my mental health.
After having 4 kids in 4 years, my body didn't feel mine anymore. I was angry that my husband got to go to work and I never got a break. I resented him.
I was sad all the time and didn't want to get out of bed. I ended up seeing a girlfriend post about gut health and how it is realted to mental health. I thought why not trying something. *cue skepticism*
20 mins later after taking the supplements, I was hooked. I wasn't going to sell them. I was just going to share with my audience because I couldn't gate-keep and it just became my passion.
One year later, my husband and I do this full-time together and get to stay home raising our children.
